The spiritual community I lead is growing rapidly.
It is really important to us to keep the relational integrity of our community, and not deteriorate into an overly organized institution. This requires a lot of work. Fortunately, we have a wonderful team of folks  helping us navigate this transition.
However, it’s taking more of my time than I imagined.
So this winter and spring, I’m changing my posting schedule for this blog. Instead of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I’ll be publishing Tuesday and Thursdays. I’ll revisit when we get to summer.
