Dear Blog-Friends:
I’m going to take a quick break from the blog – probably until the end of fall.
It’s been a very productive season in our spiritual community. We’re learning how to open our hearts and doors to many new friends. We are learning how to be organized enough to invite newcomers into the same kind of spiritual friendship and growth that we have enjoyed for years.
Turns out, organization is necessary if you want to have a community with more than 250 people.  That snuck up on us, because we have tended to resist organizing. Organizing a spiritual community smacks of “organized religion” – something we resist instinctively. However, in the last few years, making place for new friends has trumped our resistance. Lately we’ve been ramping up our learning about how to be organized enough to invite people into spiritual experience – without devolving into organized religion.
My blog plan since August, has been to begin the rough draft of my next book and get your input. However, my day job has kept me from getting to it. This morning on my walk, I decided to quit feeling the pressure of each Tuesday post, and just take a break until I get through this season.
I’ll be back as soon as I can with a new book in the making.

In the meantime, if you haven’t read the last book, download it and have a read.
